如果作为IT工程师有比较强的英语听说能力，怎样才能在公司里面靠IT技术和英语高薪脱颖而出呢？

第二，为哈你对学英语这么高的欲望？是因为个人爱好？

第三，你对学好英语听说读写有什么期望？希望你对这个是明确的。不然下面都不好进行了。

The IT people whom I met here mostly came from China. Their English is competent for the job. However lot of them have been most likely sitting in the outskirt of the locals. They have difficult time to establish friendship in a deeper level. This problem is shared across the Chinese community overseas. What it means is that we can use English for communication purposes but lack of huge amount of conversational input when it comes to hanging out with the locals. To maintain what it needs for a healthy friend relationship with locals is still considered to be a challenge.
